Latis Scientific recently tested water from a “holy well” at the Australian high commission in London as part of a story for the ABC – Australian Broadcasting Company News.

The well, located in the basement of the famous from the Harry Potter movies, Australia House, is thought to be one of 20 throughout London that have been covered by roads and buildings over the centuries and is one of the few that are still accessible.

The results of the test came back clear and Latis Scientific’s Scientist Richard Lawson declared the water fit enough to drink. As for the question if the water was holy or not, Latis could not perform any tests as “We didn’t have a vampire to throw it at.”
