Bank holiday opening hours

We’d like to let you know about our opening hours over the bank holidays in May and June.

Please also see below for more detailed information regarding the different collections mentioned and the opening of such collections during the May Bank holiday and Jubilee period (2 May, 31 May – 6 June).

• Laboratory – any samples dropped off directly to our lab located at Crayford.
• Inside London Collections (Day) – any collections required to be picked up from site or location within the M25. These collections are to be booked in by our collections team in advance and samples need to be collected by 12.30pm.  We are arranging a collection also from our Moorgate (Moorfields) drop off point during the day where samples must be dropped in before 12.30pm but do not need to be booked in.
• Outside London Collections / APC – these are collections from engineer home addresses, for samples that need to be collected outside of M25 or if using an APC depot.
• Drop off points / Night driver collections – these are our routine drop off locations as detailed within the logistics brochure.
